SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR PANTECH/ MOVING TRUCKS

We ask for a $150 Security deposit to be Paid. Fully refundable upon return of fully fueled vehicle.

Refund Time frame normally returns to Bank account within 2 business days.
Fuel, Toll Fee's & Extra Klms
FUEL

Vehicles are to be returned full of fuel (DIESEL) A charge of pump price per litre + a fee of $40 + Gst will be charged if not refilled correctly.

TOLL FEES

Toll fees are an additional charge to be paid on top of the daily rate of hire. Initial toll fee + an administration fee of $10 + Gst will be charged. You can choose to pay your own tolls and there will be no fee.

EXTRA KLMS

$0.25 + Gst will be charged per klm over the allowed daily amount.

(example) An extra 50klms over would be $12.50 + Gst
PAYMENT INFO

We accept Cash payment, Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS machine onsite.
When booking a Pantech / moving truck over the phone we require a $50 payment to secure your booking Via a Visa, MasterCard
No refunds for cancellations of Pantech / moving trucks within 48 hours of hire.
