Special Conditons

( 1 )

 Vehicles are to be returned full of fuel (DIESEL) (A charge of pump price per litre + a fee of $40 will be charged if not refilled correctly fuel needle must be above the last bar on the fuel gauge.

 Vehicles are to be returned in a CLEAN CONDITON inside and out. A cleaning fee will apply if not returned clean.

Appropriate fee to be determined on return of vehicle.

( 3 )

Southside Truck Renta Vehicles are strictly non smoking vehicles a $500 Cleaning fee applies if evidence of smoking is identified this includes VAPES (example)

Cigarette Smoke Smell, Cigarette ash or Cigarette tobacco.  

( 4 )

 If the hire fees or sent invoices become over due, the vehicle will be required to be returned to Southside Truck Rental or the vehicle will be collected via tow truck at hirers expense. OVERDUE FESS will accrue interest at the rate of 10% per annum after the End of the Rental period.

 Insurance Excess of $5000 + GST for single vehicle hire,

If a reduction fee is paid excess fee is $3500+gst

Insurance excess is to be paid in full when the vehicle is returned in the event of an accident or any type of damage to hired vehicle.

( 6 )

SK HIRE Does not guarantee our Pantech truck bodies are waterproof in any way, Any water damage to anything transported inside the pantech truck body is not the fault of Southside Truck Rental.

( 7 )

If a mechanical issue occurs with the hired vehicle and the vehicle can no longer be driven Southside Truck Rental will retrieve the vehicle and use its best endeavors to provide a replacement vehicle, only if a vehicle is available. No replacement vehicle will be issued for negligent use which causes mechanical damage to vehicle. Southside Truck Rental is not liable to remove or assist with transporting any items/belongings left in our trucks this is the hirers responsibility.

 Toll fees are an additional charge to be paid on top of the daily rate of hire.

Initial toll fee + an administration fee of $10 will be charged.

( 9 )

Any type of Infringement notices acquired during the hire period will be forwarded onto the driver's license information provided on this hire form.

( 10 )

 Signing this hire agreement gives Southside Truck Rental permission to charge the supplied credit card for any charges that may incur as the result of the hire peroid.
